It's wonderful - don't you think celtic knotwork is easier using grids and measurements? Maybe not in the round but for borders I find it much easier.

Amazing... I LOVE the know work. I should look up this George Bain person. My meager attempts at knot work have been dismal at best. My fathers Yule present had an attempt. I will post it soon.

Thank you! I have never really made a serious attempt at it before, mainly due to not bothering with the grids and so not being able to make it work... I'm glad I made the effort now, as I found it easier than it looked to work with the grids, so will probably do more knotwork now...
Lol, well I did warn you:D Thanks for the compliments on the knotwork, though I still think yours is amazing and closer to how it should be. I agree the Bain book is cool, I will have a go at trying out some more designs at some point:)
